The goal of the AFLBS Athletics Department is different than what a person might find in any other post-secondary athletic program. Here at AFLBS, we are truly about honoring God and serving Him. That is our main goal, and we see that as far more important than the number of wins and losses we may have. We also encourage our athletes to enjoy themselves and have fun. We believe that it is a joy to glorify God both on and off the court or playing field.

 AFLBS basketball competes in the NIAC Conference, a group of Christian and Technical Colleges in the region. We are also a member of the ACCA, a national Christian college organization, and we compete at the national tournament every year, held in Bethany, Oklahoma.

In addition to basketball, AFLBS also offers several intramural opportunities including volleyball, ultimate frisbee, soccer, and a spring softball league. Students also usually come together to form an indoor soccer team that competes in a city league during the winter months.
