Summer Teams Information

Each summer, AFLBS, along with AFLC Home Missions, sends anywhere between seven and nine teams to encourage believers, reach young people for the Lord, and make disciples of Jesus Christ through Vacation Bible School, concerts, and Bible Camps. Each team member goes through an application process before they are called to serve on a team. The final team selections are usually announced in mid-February. Once we confirm the teams, we can finalize team schedules. Itineraries typically become complete and public at the end of March or at the beginning of April. We'd love for one of our teams to come serve your congregation! Please find more information about our teams below:

Ambassadors: Made up of two men, two women, and an accompanist, this team is commited to proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ through musical concerts and through testimony of what God has done in their lives.

Majesty: This team, made up of five individuals (at least two young men and two young women), serves a dual purpose in ministry. Notice

AFLBS friends and family mourn the loss of beloved teacher, mentor, seminary dean, and faithful servant of Jesus Christ, Dr. Francis Monseth, who died on Good Friday, March 29, of a heart attack. Together we lift up in prayer the Monseth Family.

AFLBS Dean, Pastor Joel Rolf, says, "This is a difficult time for all of us. We will all miss our beloved friend and Dean Dr. Monseth. He has taught and mentored us these past 42 years in his ministry at the Bible school and Seminary."

The funeral was held at the AFLC Campus Chapel on Saturday April 6th.
